Amadi Iheukwumere, A graduate of Philosophy of the University of Port Harcourt.
A dedicated Sales and marketing professional, he brings to his role 18 years of experience garnered within and outside the print media space in Nigeria. He joined BusinessDay, Nigeria’s leading business and financial newspaper on November 1, 2006 as Deputy Manager, Trade Promotions and in 2007, he pioneered the establishment of the Conferences Unit at BusinessDay. With just one staff in the department, he achieved gross revenue of over N55million in the first year. Today, the annual revenue of the Unit he led for nine years is in excess of N100 million per annum. We was the Executive Director, Non – Core, BusinessDay Group.

Before joining Business Day Media Limited in 2006, he has worked as Senior Special Projects Executive, Head, Special Projects, Manager Media & Consultancy at Vanguard Media Limited, Daily Independent Newspapers and Design Concept & Systems respectively.

He has attended a number of courses on Branding & Brand Management, Project Management, Leadership and Management both in Nigeria and in the UK, including those organized by, Phillips Consulting. His hobbies include football, travelling, meeting people of different backgrounds and cultures. He takes keen interest in global economy and current affairs.

Ms. Isabel is a Kenyan Pan Africanist, mother, wife and professional in her career path with over a decade of hands on experience in the governance Sector. She is a veteran on matters of Good Governance, Democracy, Diplomacy, Youth empowerment, Gender mainstreaming, Elections programming, conflict management, peace messaging, enhancement of citizen participation in governance and Organizational development. She has worked with different county governments of Africa, Kenya and a myriad of donors in the promotion of Good Governance.
Her experience has manifested through hands on aspects of designing and implementing programs both at national & international level that have added prognostic value to different countries.
Ms. Isabel is a strategist who plays a critical role in the formulation & designing of custom made solutions that specifically address national challenges. Depending on the diagnosis of the type of issue, we have organized national and International conferences, Workshops, Trainings and top level Inter-country meetings.
The inter-country approach is aimed at bringing countries together in a bid to;
● Strengthen the Pan Africanist ideology & approach to development,
● Encourage the formulation of home grown solutions to Africa’s challenges
● Encourage international cooperation and dialogue,
● Enhance best practice sharing, Networking of different governments and encourage continuous learning through a cross pollination of ideas.
As ADSC’s County Manager, My determination is to encourage & facilitate a Pan-Africanist ideology that will be a movement that encourages the solidarity of Africans worldwide. This Ideology is based on the belief that unity is vital to economic, social, and political progress and aims to “unify and uplift” people of African descent and its leadership.
Ms. Isabel is unrelenting, resourceful and efficient.
